-  B.Sc/HND in Architecture
-  Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience in an estate development firm is good.
-  Must not be more than 35 years old.
-  Must have the drive for site supervision.
JOB TITLE: Marketing Executives

Job Requirements:
-  OND/HND/B.Sc in any discipline.
-  Applicants with experience in marketing lands and houses have an edge.
JOB TITLE: IT Students as Site Assistants

Job Requirements: OND/HND/BSc in Engineering, Building and Surveying courses.
